What’s happening?
The customer is experiencing an issue where the Analytics report in the Power Platform Admin Center is not displaying any data.


Reason:
There was a delay in processing the data, which affected the generation of the Analytics report. The update frequency for the corresponding data is confirmed to be 24 hours.


Resolution:

  1. Confirm with the customer if this is occurring across all browsers.
  2. Verify if the customer can see data for other environments.
  3. Instruct the customer to clear cache and cookies and try accessing the report in an incognito window.
  4. Check if the report is not showing for any particular filter (data time range) or if it is not showing for all data ranges.
  5. Inform the customer that this may be related to the update frequency and advise them to check again after 24 hours.
