What’s happening?
Customers are seeking a solution to show the change in storage space after performing bulk delete operations, specifically when deleting large attachments using Power Automate flows.
Reason:
The information related to the consumption of an environment on Power Platform Admin Center (PPAC) is updated based on telemetry, which is calculated three times per day. There is no real-time data available for immediate retrieval of storage changes after bulk delete operations. Deleted data is marked for deletion and is processed asynchronously, which may delay the reflection of changes in storage usage.
Resolution:
- Users can access the Power Platform Admin Center to view storage consumed by each table and download that data for further analysis.
