What’s happening?
Customers are encountering issues with environments being disabled, resulting in error messages such as "orgIsDisabled".


Reason:
Environments may be disabled due to inactivity or lack of an active license associated with the tenant.


Resolution:

  1. If an environment is disabled due to inactivity, it can be re-enabled in the Power Platform admin center. If the environment has been deleted, it may also be recoverable from there.
  2. Check the licensing status on the Microsoft 365 Admin portal or use PowerShell commands to verify the status of licenses. If licenses have expired, renew or purchase the necessary licenses to enable the environments.
