What’s happening?
The backup and restore operations for apps created using Power Apps and flows created using Power Automate are not functioning as expected. Specifically, after performing a restore, the apps and flows are not present in the target environment.


Reason:
For any apps created using Power Apps and flows created using Power Automate, these must be added to a Dataverse solution and published. If they are not included in a solution, the restore operation will not be able to restore the apps and flows.


Resolution:

  1. Verify that the apps and flows intended for restoration are included in a Dataverse solution and have been published.
  2. If the restore operation has been performed and the data is not present, confirm that the source and target environments are correct.
  3. If the target environment is in admin-only mode, disable this mode from the Power Platform Admin Center.
  4. If the issue persists, attempt to perform the restore operation again from the support end, ensuring that the source and target URLs are correctly specified.
