What’s happening?
The backup and restore operations for apps created using Power Apps and flows created using Power Automate are not functioning as expected. Specifically, after performing a restore, the apps and flows are not present in the target environment.
Reason:
For any apps created using Power Apps and flows created using Power Automate, these must be added to a Dataverse solution and published. If they are not included in a solution, the restore operation will not be able to restore the apps and flows.
Resolution:
- Verify that the apps and flows intended for restoration are included in a Dataverse solution and have been published.
- If the restore operation has been performed and the data is not present, confirm that the source and target environments are correct.
- If the target environment is in admin-only mode, disable this mode from the Power Platform Admin Center.
- If the issue persists, attempt to perform the restore operation again from the support end, ensuring that the source and target URLs are correctly specified.
