What’s happening?
Customers are unable to see newly created Business Process Flows (BPF) in their respective applications, specifically when working with contact records or sales records.


Reason:
The underlying cause for this is that the newly created BPF has not been added to the relevant application or the user does not have the appropriate security roles to view the custom BPF.


Resolution:

  1. Navigate to Settings > My Apps.
  2. Click on the existing app where the BPF is not visible.
  3. Open the app in App Designer.
  4. Select the Business Process Flows component from the designer.
  5. Select the required BPF from the list of BPFs displayed on the right side.
  6. Save and publish the changes.
  7. Ensure that the user has the appropriate security roles, such as System Administrator or System Customizer, which have access to new business process flows by default.
