What’s happening?
Unable to print receipts on A4 size paper, with the print not coming out correctly on the entire page.
Reason:
There is a design limitation in the system that does not support a predefined A4 format for receipts.
Resolution:
To resolve this, follow these steps:
- Add the required number of columns to the receipt in the receipt designer to match the width of an A4 paper.
- Alternatively, create a custom receipt to match the exact requirements.
