What’s happening?
The removal of out-of-stock (OOS) items from the product listing page is taking approximately 5 minutes, which is negatively impacting sales and customer experience.
Reason:
The application is designed to take a standard time for removing out-of-stock items, which involves multiple batch jobs that need to be executed sequentially. This behavior is intended and is not meant for real-time stock inventory checks.
Resolution:
- Suggested checking the execution time of the jobs related to product attributes on the listing page.
