What’s happening?
The customer price group does not load on a sales quotation when the quotation is initiated from the Customer record, resulting in the trade agreement pricing not populating on the sales quotation.
Reason:
When a price group is set for a customer, it is linked to the sales order header for orders created for that customer. If a quotation is created from the Customer record, the customer price group may not appear as expected, which can lead to the trade agreement pricing not being found. However, if the sales quotation is created from the "all quotations" page, the customer price group loads correctly, allowing the trade agreement pricing to populate as intended.
Resolution:
- To create a sales quotation successfully, ensure that the quotation is initiated from the "all quotations" page instead of directly from the Customer record.
- If the customer price group is not loading, check if the feature for multiple pickup delivery modes is enabled in the Feature management workspace in Commerce headquarters.
- Ensure that the required buttons are added within the screen layout for the POS and filter inside the recall order operation in the Cloud POS with the "customer number" option, entering the Customer account available in the HQ under the All-Quotations page.
- If issues persist, synchronize the customer to HQ by executing the necessary jobs in order, such as the CDX P-job and the "Synchronize customers and channel requests" batch job.
