What’s happening?
Customers are inquiring whether the Copilot Studio has the capability for agents to respond using voice.


Reason:
The voice response functionality is not fully implemented in the current version of Copilot Studio, particularly in certain environments and languages. For example, it has been confirmed that while the feature is generally possible, specific voice templates may not be displayed in the Japanese environment, as they have been verified to appear in the US environment.
