What’s happening?
Customers are experiencing an "Access Denied" error when attempting to trigger flows configured in Power Automate connected to a Power Pages website.

Reason:
This is identified as a known problem related to missing permissions for the site to use the connections defined in the flow. A 'Forbidden' error is thrown by Power Automate due to a missing connection Access Control List (ACL), causing the flow trigger calls from the site/portal to fail. This can occur if the connections are modified after the flow is set up, resulting in the site lacking the required permissions.

Resolution:

  • Ensure that the necessary permissions are granted for the site to use the connections defined in the flows.
  • Edit and save the Power Automate flows that are causing the error to refresh the permissions.
  • If the issue persists, check for any modifications made to the connections defined on the flows and ensure they are correctly configured.
  • Collaborate with the Product Group team for further insights and updates regarding the issue, as they are actively investigating the root cause and working on a fix.
