What’s happening?
What’s happening?
- Users are experiencing issues where all copilots are listed but have 0 topics. Additionally, when creating a new bot, it also comes with 0 topics.
- Existing bots are not displaying under Copilot Studio Agents, and users encounter a 503 Service Unavailable error when trying to access them.
- This with the copilots having 0 topics was due to a process initiated to copy the environment, which resulted in the topics not being displayed until the system provisions the changes.
- The 503 Service Unavailable error may be caused by firewall restrictions blocking necessary URLs related to the Dataverse.
- For this of copilots having 0 topics:
- Users should wait for the system to provision the changes after the environment copy process is completed.
- For existing bots not displaying in Copilot Studio:
- Ensure that the hybrid connection for the target resource exists and that the agent has started successfully. If the agent didn't start, re-onboard the cluster and check if the customer's cluster network blocks *.servicebus.windows.net relay namespace traffic.
- Verify that both the Azure services/subscriptions and Power Platform environment are in the same tenant. Ensure that the Azure OpenAI service doesn't have network restrictions and that DLP policies are not blocking the Azure OpenAI connector.
- If the application pool is stopped, restart it. If it stops again, review the Windows Application Event logs for errors with the source “IIS-W3SVC-WP” and ensure that all required IIS components are loading properly.
- Whitelist the following URLs in the firewall to resolve the 503 errors:
- https://dev-it-rpa.crm.dynamics.com/api/data
- https://fa948840c893ebd487ce51315109b5.04.environment.api.powerplatform.com/powervirtualagents/botsbyschema
- Additional URLs as necessary based on the specific environment and requirements.
- If the issue persists or further assistance is needed, users should contact their network team to ensure that the necessary URLs are not being blocked.
