What’s happening?
When an incorrect address is entered on an account in Dynamics 365 Field Service, the map may display the country as USA, even when the actual country is different. 

Reason:
This arises when the address is not correctly formatted or ordered, leading the mapping software to lose its search context. This results in the system defaulting to a top search result that may not correspond to the actual address.

Resolution:
Ensure addresses and address formats used is consistent and correct.
