What’s happening?
After pasting an image inline into the timeline of a work order and clicking Save, users receive an error message indicating "String Length Too Long".


Reason:
The character limit for the field using rich text editor is being exceeded.


Resolution:
Possible resolutions to this issue:

  1. Increase the maximum size of the field using the rich text editor
  2. Add the images as attachments instead of pasting them directly into the field
