Default Warehouse Not Working

What’s happening?
The default warehouse is not being auto-populated on all work order products.

 
Reason:
Incorrect configuration

Resolution:
The default warehouse will only be populated when either of the follow is true on a work order product :

1. When Line Status = Used 
2. Line Status is Estimate and Allocated is True
