What’s happening?
Customers are experiencing issues with the installation and setup of the ESG Value Supplier Engagement for Cloud for Sustainability, specifically encountering errors during the installation of the PowerPages template and setup process.


Reason:
The underlying cause of the installation failure is identified as missing attributes for the entity msdyn_surveyassignment, which results in an error message indicating that the "PrimaryName attribute not found for Entity: msdyn_surveyassignment." Additionally, there may be issues related to the setup process that require deletion from active sites before retrying.


Resolution:

  1. Ensure that the latest version of the Sustainability Premium application is installed, as this may contain the necessary attributes for the entity.
  2. After updating the application, retry the installation of the ESG Value chain solution.
  3. If encountering the setup error "Unable to complete the setup process. Delete it from Active sites and try again," follow these steps:
  • Delete the existing setup from Active sites.
  • Attempt the setup process again.
