After purchasing and installing the Essentials version of Microsoft Cloud for Sustainability, the tool continues to display information regarding the trial version, indicating that there are only a few days left in the trial period.
Reason:
The underlying cause of this was related to the incorrect installation or configuration of the Essentials version, which led to the trial version information still being displayed.
Resolution:
- Verify the license activation in the Power Platform Admin Center.
- Check the environment to ensure that the Essentials version is correctly installed and configured.
- Convert the environment from Sustainability Trial to a Production environment, which removes the trial messages and confirms that the Essentials version is in use.
