What’s happening?
The customer is unable to select a Power Platform environment for Microsoft Sustainability Manager, resulting in a failure to proceed with the deployment.


Reason:
This occurs because the account does not have the Full access mode privilege, which may be due to the absence of assigned licenses.


Resolution:

  1. Assign the necessary licenses to the admin user to ensure they have the required privileges.
  2. Verify that the following licenses are assigned:
    1. Power Apps plan or Power Apps trial, which can be used to create environments.
    2. Microsoft Sustainability Manager SKU at the tenant level.
    3. Microsoft Sustainability Manager USL at the user level for each user in the tenant.
