What’s happening?
Customers are unable to access the "Form Settings" in SharePoint Online for custom forms created in Teams private channels, which prevents them from deleting or editing these forms.


Reason:
The "Form Settings" option is not displayed in the SharePoint Online site settings for private channels, which restricts users from selecting "Use the default SharePoint form" or "Delete custom form" options.


Resolution:
To delete or change the name of a custom form in SharePoint Online for Teams private channels, follow these steps:
Deleting a Custom Form:

  1. Access the Power Platform admin center.
  2. Select the default environment.
  3. Navigate to [Resources] > [Power Apps].
  4. Choose the custom form you wish to delete.
  5. Click on [Delete] and confirm the action in the dialog that appears.
Changing the Name of a Custom Form:
  1. Obtain the App ID and Environment ID for the custom form from the Power Platform admin center.
  2. Construct the URL using the following format: https://make.powerapps.com/environments/~<Environment ID>/apps/~<App ID>/details.
  3. Access the constructed URL directly.
  4. Click on the [Edit icon] next to the app name.
  5. Enter the desired new app name and click [Save].
If the "Form Settings" is not visible, users can directly access the URL for "Form Settings" to manage their custom forms.
