The underlying cause of this may relate to the installation and configuration of Java components required for the proper functioning of Java Web Start applications.
Resolution:
- Ensure that the necessary Java components are installed correctly. Verify the presence of PAD.####.Installer.exe and PAD.####.Installer.Host.exe files.
