What’s happening?
Customers encounter an "Analysis failed, please try again" error while attempting to use a custom Power BI workspace in the process mining web app.
Reason:
This may arise due to improper configuration or access permissions related to the custom Power BI workspace.
Resolution:
- Ensure that the user has admin level permissions in Power BI.
- Verify that the user has a Power BI premium license.
- If this persists, attempt to connect using a different Power BI workspace, as this has resolved this for some users.
- For further investigation, a network trace may be required to identify the problem effectively. Instructions on how to collect a network trace can be found in the Microsoft documentation.
