What’s happening?
The Contacts table view becomes unresponsive after opening records and returning to the Contacts view. Users are unable to open and view any contact records after the issue occurs. The only way to access contact records after the issue arises is to refresh the page.
Repro Steps:
- Navigate to the application and go to the Contacts section.
- Open any Contact record for the first time.
- Return to the Contact view and open a different Contact record (second attempt).
- Return again to the Contact view, and try to open a third Contact record.
Issue: The third Contact record does not open.
Reason:
Power Apps read-only grid control was being used.
Resolution:
1. Switch to the Power Apps grid control
2. After making the change, ensure to save the settings.
3. Log out of the application and log back in to see the change in effect.
