What’s happening?
When attempting to execute processing in the "Electronic Message Items" form, the selected action does not change or display correctly, regardless of the choice made.
 
Reason:
The underlying cause of this appears to be related to the functionality of the Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations system, specifically when selecting an action to send the SPED REINF.
 
Resolution:
To resolve this, the following workaround can be executed: 1. In Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, click on the gear icon. 2. Navigate to User options. 3. Select the "Usage data" option. 4. Click on "Reset usage data" for "This user only."
After performing these steps, the user should be able to access the system again and send the event, even if the action selection remains unaltered. Additionally, it is recommended to monitor the portal for updates regarding the resolution of this issue, as a ticket has been opened for further investigation.
