What’s happening?
User accounts remain enabled even after the termination of the associated worker in the system.
Reason:
The current system logic dictates that terminating a worker does not automatically disable the corresponding user account.
Resolution:
This behavior is by design, as the concepts of workers and users are treated differently within the system. More details at Details for issue 91851
