The execution of an Age Event Process in the specified module causes employee deductions to be zeroed out, leading to errors in subsequent processes without any warning or indicator.
Reason:
The behavior where employee amounts are zeroed out during the execution of the Age Event Process has been identified as incorrect. It has been confirmed that this exists in versions 10.0.38, 10.0.39, and 10.0.40 of the software.
Resolution:
This has been fixed in version 10.0.44. Upgrade to this version of D365 Finance to get the correction.
