What’s happening?
The customer reported that finished courses are not being displayed in the Employee Self-Service (ESS) system.
Reason:
This is related to the "Course Enhancements" feature being enabled, which has been identified as a known bug.
Resolution:
This has been fixed in version 10.0.42. More information in Details for issue 856611
Till you can update to version with the fix, disable the "Course Enhancements" feature as a temporary workaround.
