What’s happening?
No data is pulling through, and the customer cannot see licensing information specifically for Finance and Operations (F&O).
 

Reason:
This stopping information on licensing from flowing into the Power Platform Admin Center (PPAC) is that the Power Platform Admin Center is not yet reporting license counts and assignments correctly. Additionally, PPAC licenses are in preview and therefore are not reflecting correctly for Finance and Operations related licenses.
 

Resolution:
Use the Microsoft 365 Admin Center for accurate license counts and assignments, as the Power Platform Admin Center is not reporting license counts correctly. To see the number of assigned licenses by navigating to Billing > Licenses.
Note that the Power Platform Admin Center may show license types such as Base1, Base2, etc., which are not translating to correct F&O related licenses currently.
To view licensing information for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O), follow these steps:

  • Go to System administration > Setup > License configuration.
  • Select the License codes tab to view the expiration dates of the license codes.
  • Expired license codes will not appear in the Configuration keys tab.
