The customer is unable to generate a pay statement for an employee, encountering the error: "Method not found: 'Dynamics.AX.Application.PayrollCalculatePayStatementTaxes.disposeTaxEngine()'." This is related to the US Payroll functionality within the Dynamics 365 system.
Reason:
The payroll tax engine was deprecated in build 10.0.1935.65, and the customer is operating on build 10.0.1935.69, which may not support the current payroll tax updates for the US payroll feature.
Resolution:
