What’s happening?
The Analytics tabs in the HR workspaces are not functioning. For example, when accessing the Analytics tab in the Compensation workspace, an error is displayed indicating "Invalid object name 'dbo.{NAMEPII}_CurrentCompensation'".


Reason:
This typically occurs because the entities related to the dashboards have not been refreshed.


Resolution:

  1. Navigate to the Entity store form in the System administration> Setup
  2. Select the entity to mark Automatic refresh enabled check box and Recurrence to refresh the entity (this can be configured to refresh once or multiple times a day based on the requirement). The following entities are belonging to HRM:
    • Workforce
    • Training
    • Recruiting
    • PayrollBIWorkerMeasurement
    • Leave
  3. After setting the recurrence, click on Refresh. A message indicating that a Batch job named FULL RESET has been scheduled should appear.
  4. Check the status of the FULL RESET batch job to ensure it is not in a Waiting state from System administrator> Inquiries> Batch jobs and that the recurrence for the FULL RESET matches the recurrence for the Entity store refresh.
  5. In Entity store page, verify that there is a log in the entity indicating that the 'Measurement was deployed and populated successfully'.
  6. Attempt to open the Compensation management dashboard (Workspaces> Compensation management> Analytics tab) again to check if the information is now displayed correctly.
