What’s happening?
In Dynamics 365 HR, when a performance review is submitted by an employee, the manager encounters an issue where no data is displayed when attempting to open the performance review form. An InfoLog message appears, stating "Changing company accounts to," despite no actual company switch occurring.
 
Reason:
This may be related to a known problem identified which affects the visibility of performance reviews. 
 
Resolution:
This has been fixed in quality updated for version 10.0.41 and 10.0.42 of D365 Finance. Here you can find more details on build numbers: Details for issue 946561
As a temporary workaround if you are not planning to upgrade to above version in recent days, assign the system administrator role to the affected user's account and have them attempt to access the performance reviews again from the path: Human resources > Performance > Reviews.
