What’s happening?
The "View Options" dropdown is not visible in the Teams Absence Calendar for certain users, while it is available for others.
 
Reason:
The visibility of the "View Options" dropdown is restricted based on user roles. Only users with specific roles such as Manager, HR Assistant, Absence Manager, or HR Admin can access this functionality.
 
Resolution:
Confirm that the user has the appropriate role (Manager, HR Assistant, Absence Manager, or HR Admin) to access the "View Options" dropdown in the Teams Absence Calendar.
If the user does not have the required role, advise them to contact their HR department to discuss role assignments.
