What’s happening?
The customer is experiencing an issue where the Related Information section is missing in the Courses action pane.
Reason:
The underlying cause of this is identified as a missed entity form issue.

Resolution:
To resolve this, please follow these steps:
1. In Courses page, Click on Options tab and then Personalize. There click on the "..." and then selecting the Clear button.
2. After clearing, refresh the URL to re-test the functionality.
3. If the issue persists, check if the action pane is hidden by double-clicking the form.
4. Select Settings icon on the top and then the Users options. Click on Usage data and then All usage data to filter for any HCM personalized forms that may have been set up.
5. Delete all personalizations to re-try accessing the Related Information section.
