What’s happening?
The customer is experiencing issues when trying to add a note to the portal using the term WEB. The text "WEB" is automatically italicized, causing the asterisks (*) to be removed, which prevents the notes from being visible to end users.
Reason:
This is caused by recent updates in Dynamics 365 and browser changes that automatically italicize the term WEB, leading to the removal of the asterisks surrounding it. This behavior is by design and affects the visibility of notes added to the portal.

Resolution:
To resolve this with the format of the text "WEB" changing and the "*" symbol being removed when adding notes from the timeline, the following steps should be taken:
- Disable the Rich Text Editor for the UCI Timeline. This can be done from the settings to avoid rendering issues on the Web-Client Timeline.
- Note that this change is by design, and currently, there are no other alternatives available. This change has been implemented in version 22.4.24.
If further assistance is needed, consider creating an idea in the Dynamics 365 ideas forum for this functionality to be added in future releases so that the Product team can review it.
