What’s happening?
The customer is experiencing issues with application redirection after successfully completing the Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR). Upon completion, users are redirected to a generic application error message stating that "Registration for B2C is disabled."


Reason:
This arises because the customer has only configured the Sign-In flow within the application registration. A separate user flow for password reset needs to be created to enable the password reset functionality.


Resolution:

  • The customer must configure the password reset flow in addition to the existing Sign-In flow for the password reset to work correctly.
  • It is recommended to raise a collaboration on the specific application where the issue is occurring, as the current collaboration may have been raised incorrectly.
