What’s happening?
Customers are unable to change the owner of a Power Pages site.
Reason:
It is not possible to change the owner of a Power Pages site as the owner is defined as the user who created the website, and ownership cannot be transferred or modified.
Resolution:
- Assign the System Administrator security role to users. This role allows them to manage and customize all websites within the environment, regardless of ownership.
- Ensure that users understand that while the owner cannot be changed, the System Administrator role provides full permissions to edit and manage the Power Pages site effectively.
