What’s happening?
Despite configuring a form on a page to not allow for item creation, the "Create Item" button remains visible.
Reason:
This is expected behavior due to the presence of a custom web template that loads different lists based on the roles assigned to the logged-in user. For users with admin roles, the "Create Item" button is displayed as expected.
Resolution:
- Verify the configuration of the form to ensure that the settings to disable item creation have been correctly applied.
- Check the roles assigned to the logged-in user to determine if they have admin privileges, which may allow the "Create Item" button to be visible.
