What’s happening?
In the Field Service app, after completing an inspection on a work order service task, the record does not become read-only as the status reason remains active. 
 
Reason:
Inspections are not set to read-only to allow dispatchers to edit the inspection responses even after the inspection is marked complete. 
 
Resolution:
This behavior is currently by design to allow a dispatcher to edit responses to an inspection after it has been completed by a bookable resource.
