What’s happening?
The customer reported that when using the mobile app for field service, the hamburger menu disappears after making changes to a record and clicking save. 

Reason:
This behavior is by design.

Additional Information:
When the form is in dirty mode (i.e., changes have been made but not saved), the ribbon command (including the burger menu) is hidden. Once the form is saved, the hamburger menu will reappear.
