What’s happening?
The customer is experiencing an issue where the filter functionality is not responsive when applied to system jobs within the Dynamics 365 environment. When attempting to use the filter, nothing happens, and a prompt may indicate that "filtering is not supported in this view."
Reason:
This has been identified as a known defect within the Dynamics 365 system, specifically related to the filtering functionality on system jobs.
Resolution:
- This reported is a known issue, and a fix is currently being worked on by the product team. There is no estimated time of arrival (ETA) for the resolution.
- As a temporary workaround, users can revert to the old interface and utilize the filter option under "System Jobs" to continue their tasks without disruption.
