What’s happening?
Users are experiencing access issues to the feedback portal, receiving messages indicating that their accounts are blocked.
Reason:
Access has been blocked by Conditional Access policies, which do not allow token issuance for the affected user.
Resolution:
- The user should reach out to their global administrator to review and potentially exclude their account from the Conditional Access policy that is enforcing the block.
- It is recommended to check the access level of the user at the subscription level to ensure proper permissions are in place.
