What’s happening?
When attempting to publish a publish group that contains a very large page, an error occurs indicating that the request failed with an unspecified error.
Reason:
This arises because the content loaders exceeded the allowed number of modules. Specifically, one page can only contain a maximum of 512 modules, and the large pages in question contained more than this limit, resulting in a failure when publishing as part of a group.
Resolution:
- Split the large pages into separate publish groups. Each page should be published individually rather than as part of a larger group.
- Confirm that publishing the large page directly (not through a publish group) is successful.
