What’s happening?
Customers are experiencing issues where newly added products to the navigation hierarchy are not appearing on their Dynamics 365 Ecommerce site. 
 

Reason:
Newly added products not appearing may be due to synchronization issues with the product availability job or Azure Search settings.
 

Resolution:

  1. For this of newly added products not appearing:
  2. Run a full sync of the '9999' job from the channel database.
  3. Run the product availability job (navigate to Retail > Retail IT > Products and inventory > Product availability).
  4. Check the download sessions to ensure they completed successfully and verify that the XML files contain the products that are synced.
