What’s happening?
Some buttons (such as Deactivate, Create Incident Type, Check Access) are missing from the command bar on Work Orders.
Reason:
The setting Show Simplified Work Order Commands hides lesser used buttons and is enabled by default.
Resolution:
Disable the setting Show Simplified Work Order Commands in Field Service settings.
