What’s happening?
Customers are inquiring about the method to create a floating widget for a Chatbot on SharePoint, similar to a previous implementation with PVA, where clicking the widget would open a chat box. Additionally, there are reports of no option to change the copilot icon into a floating widget on SharePoint.
Reason:
The chat agent of Copilot is not supported for SharePoint, and the feature to create a floating widget is not available as it is considered a feature request that does not qualify for immediate support.
Resolution:
