What’s happening?
The customer is experiencing an issue where the hero card is not displaying correctly in the Copilot Studio.
Reason:
The current functionality of the Basic Sales Copilot in Copilot Studio does not support the Basic card feature.
Resolution:
- See: Create & Explore Card Types in Teams - Teams | Microsoft Learn
- The issue has been submitted to the product group for investigation.
- It has been confirmed that the Basic card can currently be utilized through the Adaptive card method.
- For guidance on creating similar Basic cards, refer to the Adaptive Card Designer for templates and configuration.
- Further support regarding the use of Adaptive cards in Sales Copilot will be provided in a Teams meeting, where the Customer Experience team will assist with new cases and technical support.
