The 'Dismiss All' function on Notifications does work, however the 'Dismiss' function for individual notifications works correctly. This issue does not affect system admin users.

The 'Dismiss All' function on Notifications does work, however the 'Dismiss' function for individual notifications works correctly. This issue does not affect system admin users.
Reason:
The affected user is missing the Create privileges on the AppUserSetting entity, which is necessary for the 'Dismiss All' functionality to work as expected.
Resolution:
Provide Create privileges on the Model-Driven App User Setting (appusersetting) entity to the user via one of their security roles.
