What’s happening?
The schedule board is displaying inaccurate drive times, with some bookings not showing any travel time or showing incorrect durations.

Reason:
This can be caused by missing work location information in the related resource requirements, leading to bookings being treated as location agnostic.

Resolution:
Ensure that all bookings have the work location set to "Onsite." Use can use advanced find to find resource requirements where the latitude and longitude are set, but the work location is null. After updating, rebook or use drag and drop to refresh the travel information.
