Work orders are not auto-generated when booking setup is created, leading to operational delays.
Reason:
This may occur due to misconfiguration within the booking setup.
Resolution:
- Ensure the relevant Agreement is Active.
- Verify that the Agreement has an Agreement Booking Setup with the correct recurrence pattern.
- Confirm the setting "Auto generate Work Order for Agreement Booking" is set to Yes for Agreement within Field Service settings.
