What’s happening?
When a time-off request is deleted, the resource's work hours are not updated, leading to the resource appearing as unavailable for that day.

Reason:
The behavior is by design; deleting a time-off request does not remove the time-off from the schedule board or the resource's calendar. As a result, the resource's work hours may still reflect the previously scheduled time-off.

Resolution:
When a time-off request is deleted, please be aware that this action does not remove the time-off from the schedule board or the resource's calendar. Consequently, the resource's work hours may still reflect the previously scheduled time-off. The entry will remain in the calendar even after deletion, which may result in the resource continuing to appear as unavailable for that day.
