What’s happening?
Users are unable to see the flow to invite contacts from the application, specifically the "Send Invitation" flow, which appears to be missing.


Reason:
The "Send Invitation" flow was found to be not activated in the system processes, which led to this of it being invisible to users.


Resolution:

  1. Check the status of the "Send Invitation" flow under Processes in the application.
  2. If the flow is not activated, activate the process.
  3. Confirm with the user that the flow is now visible and functional after activation.
