What’s happening?
Users are unable to see the flow to invite contacts from the application, specifically the "Send Invitation" flow, which appears to be missing.
Reason:
The "Send Invitation" flow was found to be not activated in the system processes, which led to this of it being invisible to users.
Resolution:
- Check the status of the "Send Invitation" flow under Processes in the application.
- If the flow is not activated, activate the process.
- Confirm with the user that the flow is now visible and functional after activation.
