What’s happening?
The registration page for access invitations is not functioning correctly. Users are able to receive and enter the invitation code, but when they attempt to register by entering their email, username, and password, the page simply reloads without completing the registration process.
 

Reason:
This is caused by customizations made to the registration process.
 

Resolution:

  • Ensure that the site configuration for "Authentication/Registration/Enabled" is set to TRUE.
  • Enable Open Registration for all users by setting the site configuration "Authentication/Registration/OpenRegistrationEnabled" to TRUE.
  • Ensure that the site configuration "Authentication/Registration/InvitationEnabled" is set to TRUE to allow users to redeem invitation codes for registration.
